At the start of our Christmas campaign for charity organization Oxfam Novib, we produced this commercial with the four finalists of Holland’s Next Top Model. May the best girl win…
The commercial was premiered during the live final of the TV show on RTL 4, and was run on all RTL channels throughout December 2011.
VERTOV was the lead creative agency for the online and audiovisual campaign ‘Give a goat as a Christmas gift’, and produced this commercial and several online spots. For PR of the campaign, we worked closely with Coebergh Communicatie & PR.

The film is divided into several parts, focusing on key issues in the world today. Issues for which the Netherlands have specific expertise of course!

For Rabobank we created an interactive installation, where a virtual host welcomes all visitors and allows them to ask questions and engage personally with her about the Unplugged program: a new way of working.
The host appears on a life-size glass screen, with full touch screen abilities, and offers potential to incorporate tweets and social media messages for a truly engaged session.

Six Vintage-Inspired Animations on Critical Thinking
Inspired by the animation style of the 1950s, most recognizably Saul Bass, animator James Hutson has created six fantastic two-minute animations on various aspects of critical thinking, aimed at kids ages 8 to 10 but also designed to resonate with grown-ups.

The name of our company is an homage to Dziga Vertov, the Russian filmmaker from the beginning of the 20th century. Arguably, Vertov made the first purely cinematic film: 'Man with a Movie Camera'. The film boasts a narrative made purely of stunning visuals and innovative editing.
Vertov is still an influence for filmmakers and new media artists of today, and his influence can be seen around us in all (visual) media, every day. Vertov's embrace and transcending use of a new medium - is his case: film - is an example of how we at VERTOV view the possibilities of the new medium of our age: digital storytelling.
